Legal Aid provides financial assistance to help individuals with limited income access mediation services for family disputes. This support makes resolving issues more affordable and accessible.

Unfortunately, The Mediation House does not currently offer Legal Aid. Please use this link  to find a Legal Aid mediation service that could help you moving forward. Tick the box “Provides mediation funded by legal aid” in ‘Refine Your Search’.

  • If you are dealing with child arrangements, the Government’s Voucher Scheme can provide £500 towards the cost of mediation, helping to reduce your expenses.
